Yea, the whole idea with cern is that they can fold time and collectively bounce everyone back to before whatever even they're trying to avoid.
The problem is not only that people will be trapped in time bubbles, and that not everyone will remember, but that it is flawed beyond intent and will force people to relive the same events over and over until the system degraded into itself. THAT's a black hole of space/time. An endless loop that can't be repaired.
