2) go where the data takes you
3) even if the data contradicts what one previously holds to be 'true' (go where the data goes)
4) get to a place of certainty
5) It's the only way to break new ground / learn new things.
Yeh Katz are not going to be able to get to 5 if they are not willing to go through 1 to 4. The evidence is there. Katz just have to read and implement 1 to 4 before they'll eventually get to 5.
