Donald Marshall (Wed. June 3, 2015) This is an EMF (electro magnetic field) emitter, I've been staying in a hotel in Halifax and an Asian rented the adjoining room next to mine. He was zapping me with this through the wall. It goes through walls ceilings and floors. You can make one from spare parts. This is why I've been sick and acting erratic lately.
