Donald Marshall was awakened and sent to tell his messaging according to a plan. He is known in the under"base" world. What he tells you is true down to the intimate details of his purpose and his capabilities. The people that are doing this do not understand the pain of another person.
These things are very serious and are being handled now in order to bring the opportunity to decide to the public mind.
Everyone knows the deal, people are kept in a binary fight-or-flight mindset so that they cannot interact with reality on a meaningful level.
If people can wake up out of that slumber on their own then it is pushing the Universal Mind to intervene on Earth and allow Earth humanity to finish waking up uninhibited by humans with cosmic technology that are literally devouring the unaware humans as if they are food. In reality, these people do not utilize humans for sustenance, but they are utilized by a higher, darker, and much more powerfully complex force.
What this force is will be outlined in the coming days and this has already begun about 2 years ago. Donald is part of this chapter for humanity and it will be best if people listen to what he has to say and live their lives according to their new found understanding of reality. Soon Donald will become even smarter and more capable than he has ever imagined he could be.
This is because he has still forgotten a portion of his experiences and these are the aspects which allow nearly complete control over the human mind and body and as well the very fabric of this reality. You are being woken up through him, and this is how it is done. Everything is according to plan and he will begin remembering more if this aspect of the plan has stayed on course for the probabilities to unfold.
It is not pretty, but the majority accept that this is either the way that the truth will be discovered and dealt with, or the way that humanity will be shocked awake and this will be the needed catalyst for world war 3.
This all goes back much farther than anyone wants to accept and it does involve the likelihood that people are not the first race of beings in the Universe and that the Universe operates on more than just a simple visible/invisible electromagnetic energy spectrum. The spectrum continues in both directions as well as up and down. Impossible, but this aspect of physics is what allows consciousness to be manipulated in the way that it is, electromagnetically and using energy what is called "consciousness" but excluded from all above ground uses of science (chi).
All these things must come to the forefront of humanity, more than people shaking their back-ends in your childrens face while things I can't tell you about go on in the underground bases for merely a price and an oath to power.
Not only to stop the torture games, which is literally what they are called, but to stop the negligence of our own species via ourselves. If we can stop torturing ourselves by being too stupid and mean to learn how to work together and get the truth that we deserve, then our faults will be used to destroy us as a species, just as previous civilizations have fallen.
The only difference now is that there is no longer a requirement to push the human population back up again after this next cycle of rebirth. There is simply no longer a necessity for laborers when all your resources can be manufactured out of etheric space using quantum field tech.
