some stupid people..no. Your Astral travel would be directed by those powers that be, as its a dark realm travel. You travel in the Spirit to places directed.

Don has mentioned astral travel in the past and said that it is all cloning related in his opinion......they can use mkultra on your clone at the centre to give you illusions eg that you are floating around your room or travelling out of body.

Nope, I have experienced Astral travel myself.. and walked the Astral plains of Dark Foreign worlds, its directed by the dark realm..
Nothing to do with CC, true Astral Travel..emits from self, At the Given state of readyness.. your Soul Actually flys out of your body (and you are aware of all this, and you are overseeing your journey, In your mind, you remember all this-the journey , But strange enough you seem to be a onlooker from a distance , as watching your Soul Dart around worlds/places/space etc) to predestined destinations..

None.No Books, As this is Demonic projection going to the Astral plain of darkness of the Devil. Some people get off on Astral travel...as it happens when you are in total relaxed perfect state of rest bliss..on your bed. It happens in the period of conscience just before rem kicks in...so you are very aware in your mind what is about to happen..and a great feeling of realease..as your soul rushes out upward out of your body...but after that within a few seconds of this bliss feeling, you will be directed somewhere to foreign dark realm worlds or universe ..and all you see around you is darkness/black, but you see everything around you in outline of what is there..as everything is either dark or black or a mist behind a veil of darkness..
