I have had this my entire life....since I can remember...back to age 1 year old...I also have traveled to other places in time..speaking other languages...have visited Heaven many times...had many visits from passed on loved ones wanting to share messages...was aware from age 4 that I lived at least one previous life as a Native American...dream inside of my dreams...& have many, many, other things.....too much to share....glad to hear I am not alone....I never know what to expect when I allow myself to sleep deep....It can be a harrowing experience @ times....

Phil Chuppa The Dalai Lama even dispatched eight of his most accomplished practitioners to Davidson’s lab to have them hooked up for EEG testing and brain scanning. These monks come from traditions of meditation for an estimated 10,000 to 50,000 hours, over time periods of 15 to 40 years.
The monks were fitted with a net of 256 electrical sensors and asked to meditate for short periods, and Davidson was particularly interested in measuring gamma waves, the highest frequency and most important known electrical brain impulses. The results showed that the electrodes picked up much greater activation of fast moving and usually powerful gamma waves in the monks (3). The movement of the waves through the brain were far better organized and coordinated.

Stefan Gray I never see people.. more like dread and fear space. I know they are there, but I don't acknowledge them, and then.. gone. That's when I can hold my grip on the fact they can't hurt / scare me / us( who ever I'm with). Yeah I know. Don't get it either
