Phil Chuppa... Don used MK Ultra mind control on himself to make songs... its called mindvoice tech. Here's Don's description of the audio part of it: Powers basically limited by your imagination.... Now what I mean by that.... When you get good at it you know how to get clones out there good without them knowing... I was always trying to use this against the clones when I turned on em... They used it on me... Anyway basic first I learned audio... It helped me make songs... Used it on myself... They turn a switch and it is on.... Now what it does is.... READY? Lol it sounds retarded I know but I have to tell you.... Everyone "thinks" to themselves... IN their own voice like they think... "hmm I could use a sandwich I'm starving". Well... With a chip in the clone OR in your real life person.... The clones at the cloning center can and do turn a speaker on... And the chipped person at home just thought that... It comes up on the speaker... "hmmm I could use a sandwich I'm starving"... Literally listen in to peoples every thought.... BUT now this was the way I used it to make music... SO I'm at the cloning center... They'd been listening in candidly to my every thought... BUT when I was there AT the clonig center AS a clone I was right next to this speaker... SO chip in clone... They have a guy come over with a guitar and strum some chords... And replaying it back in my mind I could think a guitar sound in my head and the sound would come out of the speaker.... It got some getting used to... U can think of drum lines ,... Any sounding instrument you can replicate with these headchips and mk ultra... MK was used to make so much music its sick... It took some getting used to,... But got used to it over decades being stuck there as a memory suppressed clone... Also some other clone can think in your sounding voice something it sounds like you would say and apply it to you in a personal speaker Read more: donaldmarshall.proboards.com/search/results...

Dee Saunders www.sciencealert.com.au/news/20140409-26123.htmlNews World-first experiment achieves direct brain-to-brain communication in human subjects BEC CREW THURSDAY, 04 SEPTEMBER 2014 Donald Marshall Been done... Mindvoice. You can do a lot with it. Dee Saunders its gone "official" . they getting braver... Bella Donna Marie This is freaky ... Phil Chuppa The team achieved this world-first feat by fitting out one of their participants - known as the emitter - with a device called an electrode-based brain-computer (BCI). This device, which sits over the participant’s head, can interpret the electrical currents in the participant’s brain and translate them into a binary code called Bacon's cipher. This type of code is similar to what computers use, but more compact. "The emitter now has to enter that binary string into the laptop using her thoughts,” says Francie Diep at Popular Science. "She does this by using her thoughts to move the white circle on-screen to different corners of the screen. (Upper right corner for "1," bottom right corner for "0.") This part of the process takes advantage of technology that several labs have developed, to allow people with paralysis to control computer cursors or robot arms." Phil Chuppa I think theyll use this to promote getting a person chipped, try to make it look like an advantage to using this tech. Adair Dfwtf Sheppard Fuuck.. Phil Chuppa 23 October Vision Reconstruction Uploaded on Dec 1, 2011 Using Hollywood movie trailers, UC Berkeley researchers have succeeded in decoding and reconstructing people's dynamic visual experiences. The brain activity recorded while subjects viewed a set of film clips was used to create a computer program that learned to associate visual patterns in the movie with the corresponding brain activity. The brain activity evoked by a second set of clips was used to test the movie reconstruction algorithm. This was done by feeding 18 million seconds of random YouTube videos into the computer program so that it could predict the brain activity that each film clip would most likely evoke in each subject. Using the new computer model, researchers were able to decode brain signals generated by the films and then reconstruct those moving images. Eventually, practical applications of the technology could include a better understanding of what goes on in the minds of people who cannot communicate verbally, such as stroke victims, coma patients and people with neurodegenerative diseases. It may also lay the groundwork for brain-machine devices that would allow people with cerebral palsy or paralysis, for example, to guide computers with their minds. The lead author of the study, published in Current Biology on September 22, 2011, is Shinji Nishimoto, a post-doctoral researcher in the laboratory of Professor Jack Gallant, neursoscientist and coauthor of the study. Other coauthors include Thomas Naselaris with UC Berkeley's Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute, An T. Vu with UC Berkeley's Joint Graduate Group in Bioengineering, and Yuval Benjamini and Professor Bin Yu with the UC Berkeley Department of Statistics. Full story: newscenter.berkeley.edu/2011/0... Interesting song I made at cloning. I've lived nearly my entire life in Halifax Nova Scotia but during grade 4 we moved to Mahone Bay Nova Scotia for 6 months. Country. It was incredibly boring having lived in the capital city, my step fathers brother Tom Cohoon had a pick up truck and sold and repaired satellite dishes, lived next door to us. The video has the same scenes. With satellite dishes... Starts slow. Ends cool. Good go to sleep song.

Charlie Legendd... news.berkeley.edu/2011/09/22/brain-movies/ Brain Decoding –video links and articles which corroborate brain decoding. The articles and videos below also corroborate the MK Ultra aspect of video projection disclosed by Don. In other words, MK ultra technology allows the programmer to relay the thoughts, dreams and experiences (conscious or subconscious) of an individual visually onto any machine capable of displaying visual images, such as on a computer or television set. The articles and video links also confirm brain scans described by Don –i.e. these brain scans are carried out by the Illuminati to test whether or not the content of what an individual is saying is genuine (despite whatever the person may have said verbally). OH! And the articles and video links confirm... CLONING! In other words, if there is a duplicate clone of you; all the Illuminati has to do is upload the memories of your waking experience and they will be able to tell if you tried to warn anyone or spoke about cloning during your waking experience (if there is a duplicate clone of you at the cloning centre). This is one of the many reasons why public figures cannot talk or warn others even if they wanted to. So bring this knowledge to the awareness of YOUR family and friends and keep telling them (so that eventually it reaches public awareness on a mass scale): technology is far, far FAR advanced than what we the public are generally accustomed to. If they are openly admitting to decoding dreams, and seeing other peoples’ thoughts visually, and reading minds... well... what have they REALLY been doing behind closed doors? Phil Chuppa Mindvoice Researchers are trying to create music in real time through electric brain signals generated by the performer. The hope is that sometime in the near future a kind of shortcut will allow the composer to “think” directly the music onto the page, without having to write it down. Pianist Francesco Prode is wearing a neural sensor on his head, which picks up his brainwaves and sends them to a laptop. In front of him is a Kinect motion sensor of the kind used in video games. As he passes his hand in front of the device, just like an orchestra director, the pianist activates the reproduction of a fragment of piano sound previously recorded by a computer. “We can intervene in real time on the sound material that I have played live. It is recorded in real time and then I can recall it by passing my hand in front of a sensor, so that at each step I can create a different polyphony and a different outcome to the composition,” says Francesco Prode. The software analyses his level of attention, his consciousness and other brain activity. The musical notes themselves are unchanged, but the velocity of the sound reproduced, its intonation and its texture vary according to the pianist’s mood.
