Donald has answered the first question before; From what I recall, the main problem with this method is it is very temporary. Your body needs rem sleep to function.. Depriving your body of it for a long period of time is impractical as eventually you will have to go into rem in order to survive. It's a bandaid on a much larger problem. Preventing yourself from entering rem might work for a month or two if you're lucky, but it is not sustainable and your body will completely break down over time until you have no choice but to allow yourself to enter a full sleep cycle.
I know people do try to avoid/disrupt their sleep patterns as much as possible what with caffeine, drugs, alarms, etc. But again only temporary.. You will have to enter rem eventually and your health will suffer the longer you put it off :/

Ive been researching you for a few weeks now and ive gotta tell you, i believe you. You make complete sense to me. When first researching the illuminati all i could find were religious people speculating on what the signs were, and the symbolism. You are the missing piece to the puzzle i do believe. anyways my question, i know you have writtan many many many songs. so many that you probably cant even count.
