Where has Donald been and did they hurt him on his birthday? Why is Donald the chosen clone to hurt and what can we be doing to make a difference?

Question for Donald or anyone else who has info about sleep paralysis. I found some stuff on here about obe but not specifically sleep paralysis. A couple years ago for a full year I would get sleep paralysis every single time I fell asleep without fail. Literally every. Single. Time. I went to sleep even during naps. Didn't matter where I was or how long I was sleeping, I couldn't sleep without sleep paralysis for a good year or so. It was absolutely terrifying and nerve racking and nothing I did would prevent it.. I actually became a bit superstitious during this time thinking it must be some evil presence because I could think of no other explanation. I researched the subject extensively and never felt satisfied with what I fo nd, especially because I never read it happening to someone as damn frequently as it was happening to me.
Thankfully it stopped, out of the blue, and I've only had it happen maybe twice in the past year or so.
My question is, is this related to rem programming? Is something else going on or is it literally just a purely scientific sleep disorder (after what I saw/experienced I seriously find that hard to believe..)
Any insight into this, by anyone, would be super appreciated. Thanks so much!
ETA: Before I started getting the sleep paralysis every night, I went through about two years of perpetual lucid dreaming. Mind you, I never actively tried to have lucid dreams, they just came naturally to me. But it was to the extent that *every single dream* I had was lucid. *Every* time I dreamt, I knew I was dreaming and could then control the dream and do whatever. Again, literally every single dream was lucid for a little over a year, then replaced by constant sleep paralysis. Don't get the paralysis much anymore, but still have frequent lucid dreams. I'd say a good half of my dreams now are lucid (before it was 100%). Just thought I'd add that since I think it's pretty relevant. Really hoping someone can shine a little light on the topic because everywhere else I turn says it's just natural, scientifically explained phenomena or some new age astral realm thing.

I don't know a thing about the "The River." In regard to figuring out what can be done? This entire thread and forum is about Donald Marshall's experiences with the dark forces. And to be clear about "DARK FORCES", we are talking about Satan and other demons who run and rule this world. You can take this for what its worth..while u was in college i was awakened by my bed shaking and something entered my body and screamed at me in another language i dont know what it said but i screamed for Jesus and it was gone. After that i got sleep paralysis on a regular basis and it was terrifying. I dont know about you but when faced with scary shit thats supernatural i pray to Jesus...who else can fight it?? Since my faith has strengthened it has stopped. That was 20 yrs. Ago |

When an individual indulges in alcohol, or recreational drugs, does it affect what they remember during REM time at the CC, if they are not memory suppressed?

When an individual went to sleep drunk and is activated at cc, because their consciousness was drunk when the person was activated, the person will be drunk as a REM clone too. Same with drugs. Same with sleeping pills. If I remember correctly Don once took Xanax (?) before going to sleep once, his heart muscles were so relaxed he couldn't talk... just made murmurs... -he was useless to them so they deactivated his clone.

Hello Donald. Thank you for helping me dispel some HUGE delusions. Of course this threw me into a confusion which I had to work through by reading everything on this forum and scanning my memory. I was even getting "downloads" in the morning telling me things about vrills.
This all started because I have always been afraid of large spiders and then I took it upon myself to cure myself of that fear, which I did. Immediately following, it was as if my mind said, "well, how about this big nasty, eh!" But I already had the procedure down for curing my fears, only this took longer because it was BIG!
Can't thank you enough for being the revealer because I really do want to know "what is" while I work through my own escape plan. Actually got that worked out already and because of my study of the mind and applying that knowledge to my own mind this a.m. I got the !AHA! ...
Donald, you had said that you do not know how to keep from being transferred and I had to reduce my fear level in order to realize the answer.
I cannot say this is for you or anyone else and in truth you have such a good game going that even though you say you want to be freed of being involuntarily pulled into the cloning center ..... well what if you could be there or not be there at will? I usually tell beings who are afraid I am going to take away their game that I'm only here to make their game lighter, more expansive. I don't even talk with such beings anymore because I'm too busy working on making my game lighter.
Donald, when I was playing games with certain beings my consciousness would get involuntarily transferred. Since I worked with a partner it was okay because we could put a stop to that and move on. But once too many times and a bigger player took an interest so we decided we had met our match and stopped that project. However before we ended the game we worked to remove the part of my consciousness that they were grabbing onto. So the next night I felt the tug but it was as if they could not get a good grip.
So what is called "consciousness" is not really me, but a persona made up of layers of "me's"... or perhaps historical collections. I can also call them identities - my "consciousness" is a composite of identities. Consciousness is not the real me, thank god!!!
I have been working at peeling off those limiting identities because I am aware through experience that identities can be involuntarily activated in different ways.
That is my ticket to freedom from all this b.s., and I believe this is your "never return" ticket. The only caveat - and a real stopper for anyone - is that I must be willing to look at the stinkin rotten underbelly of my mind, but I'm not a martyr for punishment so I do have failsafe measures that keep me happily sailing on smooth waters while I check in with my mind for "what's next?". Starting to get rather chummy with my mind: "Oh, it's you again, hello!" I'm crossing my fingers and praying you are not dismissing me as "whacked". The consciousness I have remaining is less whacked but still not the real me. Believe me, if you ever saw a part of you leave that you always thought was really you ... that's "consciousness" - IT'S NOT THE REAL YOU, BUT A CONSTRUCT.
When you read this just remember I'm only posting this because you said you would like to not have to go to the CC and wished you knew a way. And I'm only telling you what worked for me in similar circumstance. If you are like me there is a part of your consciousness that creates a "mutual attraction" - remove that part and they have nothing they can grab onto to pull you into a clone. Voila! You save the world by saving yourself from being involuntarily pulled in and that is my personal experience. It means then that you have a choice, and that is powerful.
You will always be endeared as a friend to the human race, assuming the human race survives this.
Okay, I don't think I can help anymore than this and no longer have any questions to ask or need to post anymore. I can't thank you enough.

Greetings, TC. I'm glad you found the teachings of Yeshua. You can't go wrong if you follow the instructs of praise, prayer, meditation, fasting - from which you will naturally choose complementary interactions and thus you will complete your life. It is a good path, that alone.
When I was a teenager the KJV NT verses were a lifeline for me and kept me from going south. I've never done any New Age stuff. One of my current favorite books is the Tao Te Ching. I'm in studies to be a therapist.
Donald is in a situation that none of us would wish him to experience; however somehow it is all working out for good.
