I was listening to some need channel on free digital t.v. (I won't pay for t.v. viewing), a bit ago, and the shooting at DC naval yard was on.
They stated the shooter had been becoming mentally unstable for a couple weeks prior to this incident.
The shooter had been stating, ' he'd been hearing voices in his head, and his body was full of vibrations from being pounded by microwaves '.

So, obviously, this man was used as a patsy for their agenda. They singled in on him, pounded him with microwaves and other silent mind control weaponry to make him do what get did.
Had other shooters in the past recent, and possibly further back, been used this same way? What many have surmised, but I was pretty shocked to heard it on lamestream media. I'm pretty sure Dohrner was used the same way. Probably the mkultra Batman killer, and others as well.
They pound people with these silent mind control weapons emitted from microwave towers all day long, only increasing the frequencies, so it appears people are just randomly going crazy.
I believe I know this is the plan. To increase the frequencies all over, so we start killing each other off.
The rise in police brutality is an example of this. And I see, all around me, the smh behavior of people everywhere.
